By accessing and using SpeedGuitar's services, including our website, courses, and related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SpeedGuitar provides guitar instruction services, including:
- Online and in-person guitar lessons
- Structured course programs (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
- Free trial classes
- Educational materials and resources
3. Enrollment and Fees
Course fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrollment. Fees are payable monthly in advance. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' written notice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Free Trial Classes
We offer free trial classes to prospective students. Trial classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. One free trial class per person. No obligation to enroll after the trial.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
Course Packages: Refunds for prepaid course packages are available within 7 days of purchase, minus any classes already attended.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and on time
- Practice as recommended by instructors
- Provide their own instrument for home practice
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Follow all class guidelines and safety protocols
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum, and educational content provided by SpeedGuitar are proprietary and protected by copyright. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SpeedGuitar strives to provide quality instruction but cannot guarantee specific results. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, practice, and dedication. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during practice or performance.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
